The Commerce Building
Commercial Maintenance is a important part of the Makaira Landscape tasks. For a multi family residence building such as the Commerce Building, more users means more potential for complaints. It is a top priority for the Makaira maintenance to keep this rooftop pool area in pristine condition. In addition to years of continued maintenance, Makaira recently upgraded the rooftop planter with lush tropical plant materials. Makaira also rose to the challenge of irrigating all rooftop planters dozens of feet above street level.
